This was a UO Strategic Process Coursework Project and focused on creating a brand strategy. The brief was to give Sleeper a brand strategy to drive consideration during Fantasy Football season.

MY ROLE: Strategist
I developed a brand strategy by executing the strategic direction, background, audience, competitors, problem, the tension, 5 truths, a strategic line, and strategic thoughts alongside a team of strategists. Our team pitched it to a panelist of Strategy professionals and won our class competition.
