BACKGROUND

This was a UO Strategic Process Coursework Project focusing on the comms strategy. Klarna is a fintech company that provides online financial services that prioritizes smooth shopping, online and in-store. The brief was to get Klarna to #1 shop-in-four financial service.

OPPORTUNITY

Klarna gives you the flexibility to pay in 4 and there’s an opportunity to show how everyone has their own method to shopping for the holiday season.

COMMS GOAL: Drive trial of Klarna among shoppers making purchases during 2H 2022.

  • ADOPTION – Increase downloads of the Klarna App

  • USAGE – Drive purchases using Klarna’s Pay in 4 option
