This was a UO Strategic Process Coursework Project focusing on the comms strategy. Klarna is a fintech company that provides online financial services that prioritizes smooth shopping, online and in-store. The brief was to get Klarna to #1 shop-in-four financial service.

I developed the strategic narrative for the comms strategy through researching the 4Cs in the shop-in-four final shop category and pitched it to a panelist of Strategy professionals.
